From start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, Todd has built, led, and leveraged engineering and operations teams around the globe.
Prior to co-founding Purple Gold, Todd led some of the world's largest platforms while serving as the Americas CIO at Allianz Partners and divisional CTO roles at Wells Fargo and Capital One. He has also served as a CTO for an InsurTech start-up and consultant and executive advisor in top-tier consultancies.
Todd has substantial global recruiting, talent transformation, and third-party management experience across Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, France, Mexico, and the US. He has led complex Due Diligence and Strategic Partnership, Acquisition and Integration efforts spanning Banking, Insurance and FinTech.

Ken Jordan, Managing Director
For 30 years, Ken built and led high-performing global teams in global financial services.
Prior to co-founding Purple Gold, Ken led global engineering and operations functions serving in divisional and enterprise CIO and CTO roles with Capital One and Wells Fargo. He has recruited and built start-up teams and has led technology for multi-billion dollar businesses. His teams have won global and regional awards in digital workplace, innovation, and engineering.
Ken is also a Certified Scaled Agilist with deep experience leading agile transformation, digital customer experience, cloud migration, marketing technology, digital workplace, and third-party management.
Ken is President and Board Chair of L.A.U.N.C.H for Life, a fatherless boy's mentoring non-profit, an advocate for mentoring, and actively serves various causes in his community. Email Ken
