From start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, Todd has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering and operations teams across the globe.
Before co-founding Purple Gold Partners, Todd served as Americas CIO at Allianz Partners and held divisional CTO roles at Wells Fargo and Capital One, where he led some of the world’s largest platforms. He has also been a CTO for an InsurTech start-up and a consultant and executive advisor with top-tier firms, further solidifying his expertise in technology and strategy.
Todd brings extensive global experience in recruiting, talent transformation, and third-party management, with impactful work across Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, France, Mexico, and the US. He has successfully led due diligence, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and integrations in Banking, Insurance, and FinTech, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Ken Jordan, Managing Director
With 30 years of experience in global financial services, Ken has built and led high-performing teams that drive innovation and deliver results on a global scale.
Before co-founding Purple Gold Partners, Ken held divisional and enterprise CIO and CTO roles at Capital One and Wells Fargo, where he led global engineering and operations functions. His leadership has spanned start-up teams and multi-billion-dollar businesses, earning his teams international recognition for excellence in digital workplace innovation, engineering, and customer experience.
Ken has deep expertise in agile transformation, cloud migration, marketing technology, digital customer experience, and third-party management. His strategic leadership has consistently delivered impactful solutions at scale.
Ken is also deeply committed to community service as the President and Board Chair of L.A.U.N.C.H for Life, a mentoring non-profit for fatherless boys.
